Over the years, the Indian Premier League (IPL) has provided a platform for many players to showcase their skills. India has also got many superstars from this platform. With the 2023 IPL edition round the corner, the mini-auction to be held on 23rd December will once again be eyeing uncapped young talents. Through this article, we will talk about three uncapped Indian players who can fetch crores in IPL mini-auction.

1. Samarth Vyas

The Saurashtra lad is a very dependable batsman who is in fine form at the moment. He scored 317 runs in seven matches at an impressive strike rate of 177.4 in the recently concluded Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. He continued his good form in the Vijay Hazare Trophy, where he scored 371 runs in seven matches, including a double century against Manipur. He also finished as the third-highest run-scorer in the latest edition of the Saurashtra Premier League with 154 runs in four matches at an impressive strike rate of 143.93. In such a situation, IPL teams like Lucknow Supergiants, Gujarat Titans and Sunrisers Hyderabad are in need of aggressive middle-order batsmen and they can include Vyas in the mini-auction.

2. Shams Mulani

The left-arm off-spinner represents Mumbai in domestic cricket. Mulani continued to perform well in the Ranji Trophy and the recently concluded Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. He took 45 wickets in six Ranji Trophy matches and eventually finished the tournament as the highest wicket-taker. He also took 16 wickets in 10 matches in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. Along with this, Mulani is also useful with the bat down the order, so it should not be a surprise if Shams Mulani fetches crores in the mini auction.

3. Widow Kaveerappa

Karnataka’s right arm fast bowler Vidhavath Kaverappa has done well this domestic season. He bagged 17 wickets in 13 matches for Gulbarga Mystics in the latest edition of Maharaja Trophy T20 (formerly known as Karnataka Premier League). Kaverappa did well for Karnataka in the recently concluded Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, taking 18 wickets in eight matches at an impressive economy rate of 6.36. In such a situation, if this player also loots the fair in the mini auction of IPL 2023, then the fans should not be surprised.
