Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma rode on a bike during his tour of flood-hit Tamulpar on Thursday. More than 2.5 lakh people have been affected by the floods in five districts of Assam, namely Cachar, Chirangao, Morigaon, Nagaon and Tamulpur.
