How to make lentil water?

Either lentils or lentils can be used to make lentil water.

4 to 5 tablespoons of peanut or lentils
A pinch of turmeric
A pinch of salt
A cup of water

Put lentils in a cooker, add salt and turmeric and stir, cook in a cooker so that it cooks quickly and does not lose nutrients.
